London Broncos v Catalan Dragons News
Rugby League is a sport full of history and tradition and much of that can often be confused with just the clubs based along the M62 corridor.
These 2 teams through that out of the window as both have long histories but are far from the sports north of England heartlands.
Although London have been around for around half a century and the Les Dracs been based in the French heartlands of the sport, both clubs are known as expansion teams, and both are the 2nd favourite club of many fans from more ‘traditional’ areas.
That leads many fans wanting to know the latest news but with London been a small fish in a huge pond and with the Dragons news mostly been in French, it can be tough for fans to keep up to date.

Stadium
Whilst best known for the sport of Tennis, Wimbledon is also well known for its Football club, and it is at the home of ‘Dons’ that the match takes place as the London Broncos share the modern Plough Lane stadium with their 11 aside hosts.
The ground features 3 small stands in a bowl configuration, with one larger stand that includes all of the corporate facilities.
All in all, it is a tidy ground that is around the perfect size for a club such as the Broncos and it easy enough for those wanting to head to London for a weekend away and take in a game with overground, national rail and underground services all going from the centre of London down to Wimbledon.
Location
The Catalans Dragons head from the south-west of France to the south-west of the English capital city of London and to the borough of Merton and more specifically to the town of Wimbledon.
It has been an unfortunate set of circumstances for the Broncos that has seen them constantly have to move around the capital, but it has been in the west of the city that they have enjoyed the better crowds and there is hope that Wimbledon could become a long-term home of the sport in the capital.
About
As two clubs who are far from the sports English heartlands, both have had to produce their own players to survive and that has seen many plyers come through the ranks at both the London and Catalans and not only go on to ply their trade for these 2 clubs but also clubs in both the Super League and the NRL.
Both have also produced several international stars for both England and France whilst also signing stars from across the globe.
