The match takes place at the impressive North Queensland Stadium, known from its opening by the sponsored name of the Queensland County Bank Stadium, which became the new home of the Cowboys in 2020.

The stadium is located in the Railway Estate suburb of the city of Townsville, which is perhaps unsurprisingly in North Queensland.
Found on the banks of the Ross River, the stadium has a picturesque setting despite the name of the suburb making you think of it been more of an industrial area, although there are certainly parts of that.
